Dhu Ghabat
Dhu Ghabat was the chief god of the oasis of Dedan, modern al-Ula in north-western Arabia, worshipped under the kingdoms of Dedan and Lihyan. Dadanitic inscriptions record offerings, vows and taxes paid at his sanctuaries, and his priests held an important place in the town. Many of these inscriptions were carved at his temple site, where statues of Lihyanite kings have also been found.
