Tianshui
Tianshui is a city in south-eastern Gansu, China, in the valley of the Wei River. It lies close to the region where the State of Qin had its origins, and was later a frontier prefecture on the roads to the west, briefly the capital of Xue Ju's Qin state in 617–618. Nearby are the Buddhist grottoes of Maijishan, carved from about the 5th century.
