Treaty of Fürstenwalde
The Treaty of Fürstenwalde of 1373 transferred the Margraviate of Brandenburg from Otto V of the House of Wittelsbach to Emperor Charles IV of the House of Luxembourg. After a brief war, Otto surrendered the Mark in return for money and lands, and Charles granted it to his sons, ending Wittelsbach rule in Brandenburg.
