Aitakkama
Aitakkama was king of Kadesh in western Syria during the Amarna period in the 14th century BCE. Letters from Egyptian vassals in the Amarna archive accuse him of going over to the Hittite Empire and raiding neighbours loyal to Egypt. Under Hittite protection Kadesh remained a vassal kingdom of Hatti, and Aitakkama is one of the best-documented Syrian princes of the age.
