Exobourgo
Exobourgo is a granite hill about 640 metres high in the centre of the island of Tinos in the Cyclades, Greece. A fortified town stood on its summit from the 13th century under the Ghisi family and then Venice, protecting the islanders from pirates and Ottoman raids. It was the Venetian capital of Tinos until it surrendered to the Ottomans in 1715.
