Grignoux
The Grignoux were the popular, anti-princely faction in the city of Liège in the first half of the seventeenth century, opposed by the Chiroux, who supported the prince-bishop. Their struggle over the city's liberties ended when Prince-Bishop Ferdinand of Bavaria took the city with troops in 1649.
