Huy
Huy is a town on the Meuse in the province of Liège, Belgium. In 985 Otto III granted the county of Huy to Bishop Notger of Liège, and it became one of the principality's 'good towns'; its charter of liberties of 1066 is among the earliest urban charters in Europe. It was a centre of Mosan metalwork, home of the goldsmith Godefroid de Huy.
