Lancaster House
Lancaster House is a 19th-century mansion near St James's Palace in London used by the British government for conferences. In the era of decolonisation it hosted talks on the constitutions of many colonies, including the Kenya conferences of 1960–1963. The Lancaster House Agreement of December 1979 ended the Rhodesian Bush War and led to Zimbabwe's independence.
