Montlaurès
Montlaurès is an oppidum, a fortified hilltop settlement, just north of Narbonne in southern France, occupied from about the 6th century BCE. It is usually identified with Naro, the main centre of the Elisyces, an Iberian-influenced people of the coast. It declined after Rome founded the colony of Narbo Martius nearby in 118 BCE.
