Mpu Sindok
Mpu Sindok was a king of the Medang kingdom of Java who moved the royal centre from Central to East Java around 929, possibly after eruptions of Merapi or pressure from Srivijaya. He founded the Isyana dynasty, and some twenty inscriptions survive from his reign, which lasted until about 947. Eastern Java remained the centre of Javanese kingship for the following centuries.
