Pitkern
Pitkern is a creole language based on 18th-century English and Tahitian, spoken by the inhabitants of Pitcairn Island. It developed among the Bounty mutineers and their Tahitian companions after 1790. A closely related form, Norfuk, is spoken on Norfolk Island by descendants of the Pitcairners who moved there in 1856.
