Rabat

Rabat is a city on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, now the country's capital. Under the Almohad Caliphate it was developed as a fortified military base. Its Almohad monuments, including the Hassan Tower and the city's fortifications, are among the finest surviving examples of Almohad architecture.
