San Jorge River

The San Jorge is a river of northern Colombia that rises in the Paramillo massif of the western Andes and flows north through the department of Córdoba to the wetlands of La Mojana, where it joins the Magdalena river system. Its floodplain was a heartland of the Zenú, whose ancient drainage canals and raised fields still mark the landscape.
