Shangcai County
Shangcai County is a county in Zhumadian, in south-central Henan province, China. The ancient town of Shangcai, whose earthen walls partly survive, was the first capital of the State of Cai, founded after the Zhou conquest, until Cai moved under pressure from Chu. It is also known as the home of Li Si, the chancellor of the Qin dynasty.
