Sušak

Sušak is the eastern part of the Croatian city of Rijeka, across the Rječina river from the old town. Under the Treaty of Rome of 1924 it went to Yugoslavia while Fiume became Italian, so the river formed the border, and it grew as a Yugoslav port. It was merged with Rijeka in 1948.
