Vic-sur-Seille

Vic-sur-Seille is a small town in Lorraine, north-eastern France. Its salt works enriched the bishops of Metz, who made it their residence after the citizens of Metz won independence in the 13th century. The painter Georges de La Tour was born there in 1593.
