Zwiefalten
Zwiefalten is a municipality in the district of Reutlingen in the Swabian Jura, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It grew around a Benedictine abbey founded in 1089 by the counts of Achalm and settled from Hirsau, which became an imperial abbey in 1750. Its church, rebuilt from 1739 by Johann Michael Fischer with stucco by Johann Michael Feichtmayr and frescoes by Franz Joseph Spiegler, is a masterpiece of the late baroque.
