Albaicín
The Albaicín is the old Moorish quarter of Granada, Spain, on a hill facing the Alhambra across the valley of the Darro. Its steep, narrow streets, walled houses with gardens and former mosques, many turned into churches, preserve the street plan of Nasrid Granada. Together with the Alhambra and the Generalife it forms a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
