Generalife
The Generalife is the summer palace and garden estate of the Nasrid emirs of Granada, on the hill beside the Alhambra. Built in the early fourteenth century, probably under Muhammad III, and redecorated under Ismail I, it is known for the Court of the Water Channel, a long pool lined with fountains and flowerbeds. With the Alhambra and the Albaicín it is a World Heritage Site.
