Bennachie

Bennachie is a range of hills in Aberdeenshire, north-east Scotland, whose best-known summit, the Mither Tap (518 m), is crowned by the ruins of a hillfort, probably of the Pictish period. Some historians have proposed it as the site of the Battle of Mons Graupius of 83 CE, and its name has been linked to the Pictish province of Ce. It is a prominent landmark of the Garioch.
