Brussels Agreement (2013)
The Brussels Agreement of April 2013 was a deal between the governments of Serbia and Kosovo, mediated by the European Union, to normalise their relations. It provided for the integration of Serb-majority northern Kosovo into Kosovo's legal system in return for a planned association of Serb municipalities. Serbia did not recognise Kosovo, and parts of the agreement remain unimplemented.
