Cecina (river)
The Cecina is a river of western Tuscany, Italy, about 80 km long, rising in the Colline Metallifere and flowing west to the Tyrrhenian Sea at the town of Cecina. Its valley, below the ridge of Volterra, has salt springs and formed the heart of the territory of the Etruscan city of Volaterrae.
