Danangombe
Danangombe is an archaeological site on the Zimbabwean plateau, known for its dry-stone enclosures. It was one of the principal centres of the Rozvi Empire, where the stone-walled complexes served as administrative headquarters, royal residences and ceremonial centres of the Changamire's court. Its architecture is regarded as a mature expression of the stone-building tradition inherited from Great Zimbabwe.
