Eohric

d. 902 · 9th century

Eohric was a Danish king of East Anglia, ruling the Viking kingdom established by Guthrum. He joined Æthelwold, a rebel cousin of Edward the Elder, in raiding Mercia and Wessex, and was killed in the Battle of the Holme around 902, although the Danes held the field. Little else is recorded of his reign.
