Feurs
Feurs is a town on the Loire in the Loire department of central France. As Forum Segusiavorum it was the chief town of the Gallic Segusiavi under Roman rule, after the foundation of Lugdunum on their land. It gave its name to the medieval county of Forez, which in turn names the plain of the upper Loire around it.
