Gorgobina
Gorgobina was a town of the Boii in Gaul, given to them by the Aedui after the Boii joined the Helvetian migration and were defeated by Julius Caesar in 58 BCE. In 52 BCE Vercingetorix besieged it to punish the Boii for their loyalty to Rome, drawing Caesar to its relief. Its exact location in central France is uncertain.
