Ikkeri
Ikkeri is a village in the Shimoga district of Karnataka, India, near Sagar. In the 16th and early 17th centuries it was the capital of the Keladi Nayakas, who served Vijayanagara and then ruled independently, before they moved to Bidanur around 1639. The Aghoreshwara Temple survives from that period.
