Jingzhou
Jingzhou is a city on the Yangtze River in southern Hubei province, China. Near it lie the ruins of Ji'nancheng, usually identified as Ying, the capital of the State of Chu, and the area is rich in Chu tombs. In later centuries Jingzhou was a strategic fortress of the middle Yangtze, fought over in the Three Kingdoms period, and its Ming-era city walls survive.
