Kidung Sunda
The Kidung Sunda is a Middle Javanese poem preserved in Bali, probably composed in the sixteenth century. It tells the story of the Battle of Bubat of 1357, in which King Linggabuana of Sunda and his daughter Dyah Pitaloka, who was to marry Hayam Wuruk of Majapahit, were killed with their followers after the Majapahit minister Gajah Mada demanded her as tribute.
