Krka (river)
The Krka is a river in Dalmatia, Croatia, about 73 km long, which flows past Knin to the Adriatic near Šibenik. Famous for its travertine waterfalls, now protected in the Krka National Park, it marked the southern limit of Liburnian territory in antiquity, with the town of Scardona (Skradin) near its mouth.
