Lebus
Lebus is a small town on the Oder in Brandenburg, Germany, north of Frankfurt (Oder). Once a Slavic stronghold, it became in the 12th century the seat of a Polish bishopric under Gniezno, which later moved to Fürstenwalde, and it gave its name to the surrounding Land of Lebus.
