Leo IV the Khazar
Leo IV the Khazar was Byzantine emperor from 775 to 780, the son of Constantine V and the Khazar princess Tzitzak, from whom he took his byname. He continued his father's iconoclast policy in a milder form and fought the Abbasids in Asia Minor. After his early death his widow Irene ruled as regent for their son Constantine VI.
