Lielupe
The Lielupe is a river of central Latvia, formed near Bauska by the meeting of the Mūša and Mēmele, which rise in Lithuania. It flows about 119 km across the Zemgale plain to the Gulf of Riga near Jūrmala. Its basin was the heartland of the medieval Semigallians.
