Llantwit Major
Llantwit Major is a town in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, whose Welsh name, Llanilltud Fawr, recalls the monastery founded there by Saint Illtud around 500. It was one of the great centres of learning of early Christian Britain, and its church holds a collection of early medieval inscribed crosses.
