Marcomer
Marcomer was a Frankish king of the late 4th century who, with Sunno, raided Roman territory across the lower Rhine in 388. The Frankish general Arbogast, serving Rome, campaigned against them across the river in 392. Later the western general Stilicho captured Marcomer and sent him into exile in Etruria.
