Marcus Livius Drusus (tribune 91 BCE)
Marcus Livius Drusus was a Roman politician who, as tribune of the plebs in 91 BCE, proposed laws on land, juries and the corn supply, and the grant of Roman citizenship to Rome's Italian allies. The Senate annulled his laws, and he was assassinated at his house later that year. His death led directly to the revolt of the allies in the Social War.
