Mark Rutte

Mark Rutte is a Dutch politician who led the liberal People's Party for Freedom and Democracy and served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 2010 to 2024, the longest tenure in the country's history, heading four coalition governments. His last cabinet fell in 2023 over asylum policy. In October 2024 he became Secretary General of NATO.
