Nusrat al-Din Abu Bakr
Nusrat al-Din Abu Bakr was atabeg of Azerbaijan from 1191 to 1210, a member of the Eldiguzid dynasty. He took power after the murder of his uncle Qizil Arslan and ruled mainly from Tabriz and Nakhchivan, but his authority weakened. In 1195 the Georgian army of Queen Tamar defeated him at Shamkor, and Georgian raids into his lands continued in the following years.
