Parvagupta
Parvagupta was a scribe and minister who seized the throne of Kashmir in 949, ending the Utpala dynasty by killing the young king Sangramadeva. According to Kalhana's Rajatarangini he ruled for little more than a year before dying in 950. His son Kshemagupta succeeded him, and his descendants, the Parvagupta or Divira dynasty, ruled until 1003.
