Plav

Plav is a town in north-eastern Montenegro, beside Lake Plav at the foot of the Prokletije mountains. Together with nearby Gusinje it was assigned to Montenegro by the Congress of Berlin in 1878, but Albanian forces of the League of Prizren resisted the handover. Montenegro finally took both towns during the Balkan Wars in 1912.
