Roccagloriosa

Roccagloriosa is a village in the southern Cilento, Campania, near which lies a fortified Lucanian settlement of the 4th century BCE. Excavations there have revealed defensive walls, houses and rich tombs, making it one of the best-studied Lucanian hill towns and an important source for the society of the Lucanians.
