Skienselva
The Skienselva is a short river in Telemark, southern Norway, running from Lake Norsjø through the town of Skien to the sea at Porsgrunn. It is the lower part of the Skien watercourse, which drains much of Telemark, and was long used to float timber to the coast for export. The district around it formed the old petty kingdom of Grenland.
