Stanisław Żółkiewski

Stanisław Żółkiewski was a Polish military commander and hetman. In 1610 he defeated a larger Russian force at the Battle of Klushino and occupied Moscow. Accounts of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth treat this as the military high point of the Commonwealth.
