Also known as Shaduppum

Tell Harmal is an archaeological site in Baghdad, Iraq, the remains of the ancient town of Shaduppum, an administrative centre of the kingdom of Eshnunna in the early second millennium BCE. Excavated by Iraqi archaeologists from 1945, it yielded the tablets of the Laws of Eshnunna and important mathematical texts. Its small walled town with temples and houses is well preserved.
