Trun

Also known as Truns

Trun, in German Truns, is a village in the Surselva region of Graubünden, Switzerland. According to tradition, in 1424 the Grey League was renewed there under a maple tree by the abbot of Disentis, local lords and the communes. A descendant of the maple stands near the former courthouse, which now houses a museum of the league.
