Utila
Utila is the smallest of the three main Bay Islands of Honduras, in the western Caribbean near the southern end of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. English-speaking settlers from the Cayman Islands arrived in the 1830s, and it was part of the British Colony of the Bay Islands until its transfer to Honduras in 1860. It is now known for diving and whale sharks.
