Zell am Harmersbach

Zell am Harmersbach is a small town in the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg, near Gengenbach. Recognised as a free imperial city in the 14th century, it was one of the smallest imperial estates, with only a few hundred inhabitants, until it passed to Baden in 1803. Its pottery works, founded in 1794, became known as Zeller Keramik.
