Adam Asil
Adam Asil was sultan of Wadai from 1909 to 1912, a rival of Sultan Muhammad Dud Murra. After the French took the capital Abéché in June 1909 they installed him as a client ruler, but he was suspected of intriguing against them and was deposed in 1912, after which the sultanate was suspended and Wadai came under direct French administration.
