Aulikara dynasty
The Aulikara dynasty ruled the region of Dashapura, modern Mandsaur in western Malwa, in the fifth and sixth centuries CE, at first as subordinates of the Gupta Empire. Its most famous king, Yashodharman, claimed victory over the Huna ruler Mihirakula around 528 and boasted in his Mandsaur pillar inscriptions of conquests across northern India. After him the dynasty disappears from the record.
