Austro-Russian–Turkish War (1735–1739)
The Austro-Russian–Turkish War of 1735–1739 was fought between the Ottoman Empire and Russia, joined in 1737 by Austria. The Russians took Azov and Ochakov and won at Stavuchany, but Austria was defeated at Grocka in 1739 and by the Treaty of Belgrade returned northern Serbia, including Belgrade, to the Ottomans, while Russia kept only Azov, without the right to fortify it.
